I am sorry but I got a text telling me my account is created but it's not and was told not to reply back for some reason that I am not happy about if you are going to credit my account can you please tell me when and I would appreciate it if I don't get texts back like that as I am a customer little bit of respect that is all I am asking for thanks

I'm not sure what this relates to but as it is account related you need to call cs on 202 for contacts or 4445 for payg.
