Do you all know 02 falsly advertise live chat with a live person when infact they are computer generated and i have the chat to prove this!

Strange o2 ditiched the automated systen in favor of real people in overseas countries.

Would love to see the proof

Guys, be nice to other members, however much you disagree.

I'm sure there will be a perfectly logical explanation for what is going on and it is my job to flag it within O2. But keep in mind ts also easy to get confused or misinterpret certain things like chat if you are not accustomed to how it works.

@Men; send me a private message (you can do so by clicking on my name) and I'll explain all that I can. Chat services are run by human beings and if you've been given incorrect info, I can flag it within O2.

Oooh I think the post got a due response. Having used chat I know it is not computer generated.

I would also agree it is not really fit for purpose and most of us advise customers not to use it for accounts enquiries.
