email stopped

Anonymous
Not applicable

A couple of weeks ago, my Outlook email, for an o2.co.uk email address stopped receiving and sending emails. No error messages. I am zealously deleting emails to keep the mail box at a reasonable size. I had though been getting increasing amount of spam onto that email address.

I also have the same problem on the iPad and iphone. All other email accounts eg yahoo, work though. Any idea?

@Anonymous O2 have been sending people notifications since last year that they were closing the O2 mail service down and provided instructions on moving your emails over to alternate services.

I'm afraid your only option now is to join a new service provided such as GMail, Hotmail, etc

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
