This doesn't actually tell you how you do it.

I had the issue where the code was not being accepted which i am sure a lot of others are getting the same.

What you need to do is sign into your account that you originally used for the upgrade, from there search for the item (Galaxy buds Pro 2) select pay in full and then input the code you recieved to reduce to £1. This worked for me after almost throwing my phone out the window... Good luck
