I'm quite desperate to get my new eSim up and running, due to having lost my voice I can't talk to anyone over the phone! I need 2 numbers, so I need to keep my current number (on a physical sim) and I have added an eSim (I have an iPhone 12mini so unable to use a second physical sim). I have the pack, I scanned the QR and it said that the data has already been added. However it is not working, no one is able to call it, it says 'network unavailable' and I'm pretty sure it's messed up my other sim too as someone tried to call that but didn't ring and weren't even able to leave a voicemail. I have no idea what's going on - please help!
