i know i have to keep my disney plus add on for 6 months, once those inital 6 ,months are done i can t work how to cancel, i though it woul be customerservice on the phone in these covid times you cant get to a human and ask the question.

You go to manage my extras in your MyO2.

Click on the + sign below the Extra and the option to cancel will appear.

Hi there @scatts028 , how are you doing with the Extra since you last posted? Did you manage to do what the guys advised above to remove it in My O2? It would be nice to hear back from you.
