hi, need help m phone has stopped working and I am abroad, I have gone to a Samsung dealer who tells me If I show copy of my purchase they can tell whether my guarantee is still in place as I purchased the phone on the 26/12/21 in Wood Green High Road N22
kindly let me know asap as I am without a phone.

Samsung warranty is 2 years and they can tell from the serial number off the phone.
