So.....looking for some direct contact details for o2....all I'm getting is a chat thing and this

has o2 ACTUALLY got an email or REAL address . So frustrating when customers (me) can't even get info ...

So that link just went to the same old chat thing.....then the ombudsman...which before anyone complains to the ombudsman they have to have complained to O2...all the links on that page DO NOT give me a REAL address...you know, a building....or even an email address...So I'm afraid when I do get the info I want (I want , not what o2 want to give me) it's just adding to to complaint.

Anyway, thanks for any info

Maybe that's another thing that could be looked at. Making it clear that there is no direct email address for customer service but there is one for complaints @MercedesS @Marjo @Martin-O2
