Why is it when you want to make a complaint to O2 the website links all take you around in circles and never to a point at whcih you can complain. This is clearly so the company can tell the ombudsman that they have very few complaints - The Ombudsman should make all companies ensure the link to complain is easy to find and easy to use; then we would know the truth about numbers.
All the links I hit for up-grade your phone or by a new product seened to work. All the links for complain or speak to us were blank or went to 'find out more about us' setions!!!

Try using Resolver in the complaints link @Anonymous It has had some good results https://www.resolver.co.uk/
