today i recieved an email saying i have a community reward.
i do not know how to find the reward on my account.
the how to guide says to view your bill but i dont have a bill as i am on pay as you go.

You wont find the reward just yet.
Firstly you have to send a PM (private message) to @Marjo and give her your phone number. The reward will be applied when they generate them
