Please can someone help me to change my billing address on my o2, i have tried the help button and followed there instructions which dont make sense.
It tells me to sign in to My O2 choose my mobile number,select Bills at the top of the Device page, scroll to the bottom of the page and choose Change my Address, they will send a code etc.
when i choose my mobile no there is no button for Bills at the top of the page so can not go any further

Hi @Anonymous how are you doing with the address change - were you able to follow MI5's advice above and change the details?
