I welcome yesterday to chat with your representative I determined the account and phone number of passes for my cousin Marek Damrat born 28.10.1966 employee assured me that the account will be changed just checked and nothing has changed or is a complicated procedure that requires large amounts of time? If I can not do this alone because I do not give such possibilities, please do it now thank wait and greet

I'm not sure what you were trying to do but you can't just change an account name.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Please clarify exactly what you are trying to do. For account issues you really need to call rather than use live chat.

@Anonymoushas obviously chatted with some 'representative' from O2. Not sure if this was via live chat or a CS call? Whatever, he needs to know this isn't Customer Services so I hope he comes back..:smileyhappy:
