hi all, im reciving very nasty txt messages and phone calls from a person. they on o2 themselves.. i tried to contact o2 to block the number for me, as they have done this before for me for other reasons... but when i was on online chat witha guru he said o2 couldnt do such a thing and i would have to download and pay for a app that only stopped marketing calls, but me saying that o2 have helpped me before he kept pushing me to buy this app i didnt need..i felt like he wasnt caring about my problem and only cared about sales and tragets to meet...  o2 are usualy very nice to me but this time i felt like he didnt care... anyway i ended the convo with him due to frustration... can anyone help me block a number on a blackberry with out having to download any app

O2 don't usually block individual numbers but I would advise you to get the police involved. O2 will normally give you one free number change. More info below:

I agree, don't mess about get the police involved straight away and put a stop to this idiot!

 

O2 can't trace them unless they are.
