Order out of stock, payment taken anyway.

Ordered an accessory, got an email an hour later saying it's out of stock but they've taken my payment regardless. It says on the email to check the status of my order at My o2 but there's nothing visible there. What am I supposed to do about this?

Extra charge on my O2 bill

Since being moved by virgin to O2 I get two amounts charged every month namely £6 which is my monthly tariff and £13.27 which I have no idea about. I own my phone so it can’t be that.
