Hi, I pay by DD so on my statement it shows O2 DD.  Ive noticed several O2 charges on bank statement saying Balance Web.  What is this ?

I pay by DD and it states O2 billing on my bank statement... No other charges shown so thats a bit unusual...

Hi

Just spoken to O2 at length and also the bank - it is showing as fraud.  I pay by DD and these payments, (some months substantial) are coming out of our credit card - only started when we had a new credit card in April, but as many as three payments a month now going out, totalling anything from £60 to £100.
