Ask them to remove your number from the marketing calls list.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Call customer service to remove your number. It's quite possible that the calls originate from a trusted partner or an independent claiming to be O2. Customer service will remove your number.

I switched to O2 due to a call like this (after some checks they were who they said they were!) what did annoy me was the constant sales calls after I had joined - even trying to offer me further contracts! In the end a quick call to CS stopped this.

Pity O2 removed that facility to let us opt out of marketing calls ourselves. It used to be in My O2 if I remember correctly?
