This is not a customer service moan, I'm a big boy and am fighting that battle already LOL.
No this is a lighthearted rant for information purposes only- feel free to comment if you want though, but no trolling I'm a sensitive sort of person!!!
I collected my shiny new Ipad pro 10.5 yesterday from my local O2 store. In the bumph was my leaflet telling me I can claim 1 years office 365 subscription, brilliant thought I.
With quivering anticipation I put in the web address I was told to put in my browser, follwed the instructions, typed in my email address then the captcha code and then......... "sorry we cannot find your code please try again". So i did, and then again and again and again and again and ...oh you get the picture by now. I tried at least a dozen times and to no avail.
Ok I thought lets try the hell sorry help link. It said that I had to email Kondo customer services which I duly did and fair play got a response from a real person in about 15 minutes asking what email address I had used. I duly replied with said information and then........... NOTHING, NADA, no response.
Now I have to say I have emailed this dude again and still no reply.
This has by no means fundmanentally changed my life, but come on O2 if you are going to give something away then at least give it away and dont use some amatuerish third party company to to do it for you that can't or won't deliver on your promises. Shameful and midly irritating.
Just thought I'd share my frustrtion with you good people.
IPad is awsome by the way

Also it may not be o2 that’s running the promotion so it won’t be their fault

I know. That's why I emailed Kondo as they are the company that have been engaged by O2 to deliver the offer. And there in lies the rub. They have been engaged by O2 ergo they are the delivery partner. However they are delivering on behalf of, and have been engaged by O2 therefore what they do or don't do reflects badly upoon O2 and ultimate responsibility lies with O2 as they have chosen Kondo to dleiver the offer.
Fair point MI5 didnt think of that as have no intention of returning the item

I’ve spent an hour on chat with ‘Anil’ who told me to contact Microsoft....!! I kept trying to explain that this is an O2 promotion, and the issue is redeeming my voucher with them, so I cannot see how MS would help.
Needless to say, he didn’t quite understand.
Has anyone been able to redeem this yet? Getting very annoyed with it. Been over 14 days since I took out the new contract.
