Xbox Payment Authorization failed

Not sure if first attempt at asking posted.

Has anyone had the payment authorization failed message on Xbox / Microsoft store?

If you pay by card or Paypal it just says try another method or go to your Paypal account .

Does anyone use O2 Charge to Mobile fornXbox purchases and had this message.

It works for my monthly Live subscription okay.

But failing this other game purchase.

Could you be hitting a spend cap of some sort, either on the Xbox side for the card or payment method used? Perhaps a limit on how much can be charged to the same form of payment in a certain time period, @Rwl12?
