Wont give me a pac code

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello

I hope someone can help me with this problem I am having

I want to leave O2 for another company however its has bee extrmely difficult to do so

13 days ago I went into an 02 and asked if they could tansfer my number to my new sim. They said it would cost £15 and I would need to wait 7 days for a PAC code. They gave me a new 02 sim to which is still in my phone today.

I heard nothing from o2 and no PAC code. I can't do anything on my phone as I dont want to use up any of the £15 for them to take so I essentially have no phone which has left me in a dire situation as I am moving house atm.

I went back to the o2 shop on saturday and none of the employees could do anything. They called customer services which took an hour and they just said the PAC would be sent soon. Its now tuesday and no sign of the Pac code. I am beyond annoyed and disgusted at 02 for messing me around so much.

Today I have tried to ring but I cannot get through to a human.

Is there anyone I can report this too and how on earth do I get this Pac code ??

As per my thread linked to above, there is no charge for a PAC.
The £15 is to unlock your phone which you also need to do if you will be using your phone on another network.

Just call customer service and demand your PAC. They can't refuse you, but do her phone unlocked first please.
