I've just realised that next day may not apply as I ordered it on the bank holiday of the queen's funeral. It did say next day delivery. But?
I've tried calling customer service but after 20 minutes on hold (really bad line too!...from a phone company) I gave up.
Anyway, I won't be home for the rest of this week as I'm working which is why I did it this way. Very confused.
Any help would be appreciated. The order is not out for delivery on the tracking and it's 10am. It's still processing.
