Hi There,

My Huawei dongle has been damaged and I would like to replace it.

I am already on an O2 monthly contract and would just like a new dongle, but the guys in the shop tell me I will have to purchase one of these new cubes, cancel my old contract and start a new one, which is a bit more expensive.

Looking at the 02 shop they still sell dongles but it seems to be for new customers taking out a new contract.

Any advice please?

Hampshiregirl.

You can buy any of these on PAYG and just use your old sim card https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/mobile-broadband?contractType=payasyougo#sort=content.sorting.featured&pag...

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
