My daughter has just moved into a basement room of a shared house for uni and is having trouble with signal.
The house doesn’t have any internet and she’s having trouble getting a phone signal and access via data

which would be her best option going for a Mifi device or going for something like wireless broadband - im not tech savvy so don’t really know any help appreciated

As there is no WiFi and presumably a weak phone signal for data on O2. The first thing would be to find out how well other networks work out in that room

Easiest way would be to find friends that have SIMs on EE, Vodafone or Three ,(or the MNVO equivalent) You could then go for a SIM on the best one and use it in a MiFI device

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
