Wifi calling active on account but option isn't working

Hi as the subject says it isn't available on my o2 sim but if I switched to my ee sim in it works. What can I do?

@Dhaw You need to call O2 customer service later on this morning to activate it from their end.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Best time to call is 8 am.
