Hello,
When I try to use wi-fi in underground it gives me a message "Sorry, this service is only for people on O2. Just joined? It might take us a few hours to sort out". And I joined months ago. Tried to get help using chat, they told me to reset my phone which I did but still no luck (just lost all settings and passwords in the process). They just sent me to call 202. They advised me the same and again no luck.

It rarely works tbh and is generally rated as rubbish.
There's no guarantees either.
Have you previously connected to O2 wifi somewhere like Costa or McDonalds etc?

This is down to the Auth Server used by VM Wifi, and it doesn't update very often..
I wouldn't bother with the waste of space that is the Virgin Media Wifi on the Tube, it is that bad, that one of the big 4 networks no longer allow its customers to use it, as it is being run into the ground, and now 4G is coming to the tube, it will probably be switched off sooner rather than later...

I did use O2 WiFi and it works fine. When I was with three network with the same number everything was working fine.
The page looks like it's o2. If it's virgin fault maybe o2 should talk to them.
