I have an iPhone SE on iOS 11.3.1.
I decided to set up WiFi calling since plenty of people were saying it’s really good. I have read all of o2’s instructions about going into device details on my o2. But the only option I get is online phone unlocking. I would really appreciate some help on this. Thank you

You need a contract sim card, that's why your apn is wrong as PAYG sims are different.
Pop into your local o2 shop and they will swap it for free.

The settings should definitely be under device details so if you don't have them, give customer services a call to get them added http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
Do you have the settings on your phone in the phone settings?

Thanks all, I appreciate your help. However, I went through the instructions and the option wasn’t there.
@adamtemp64 I am on a pay monthly tariff (my sim was originally pay as you go). And I have 2gb of 4g included in the tariff.

Did you get a new sim when you changed from PAYG to contract?

@MI5 No, I still have the same sim, it’s just that I get bad reception near where I live so this would be a massive help.
