Is that just me, or do other people have the same expreience? While connecting to WiFi Extra in London tube, it takes ages to get through Privacy warning or even get to the privacy warning. Sometimes the time train stays  at the platform is not enough to finally get internet connected.

@DenisK

The service is just an SSID or 2 on top of a 3rd party service provided by TFL, so it can take a while for the warning screens to show up.
It might be worth putting a complaint into TFL and getting them to check with the vendor that the station doesnt have congestion.

To be honest when in London, I dont bother connecting when on the Tube, as I like to be unconnected for a while..

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

No, never had a problem.In fact my phone connects without me realising.

Maybe depends on which station you're at or if any maintenance is ongoing.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
