It's off by default because not all phones are compatible with the services and as I said, it takes up to 24 hours to become active once requested.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@BigDaddyUK is the phone unlocked as it looks like it’s locked to EE. You won’t get WiFi Calling if you didn’t get the phone from O2 Refresh directly

@BigDaddyUK Where did you purchase the phone from because if you don’t have an O2 Refresh tariff you won’t get WiFi Calling. Read my guide on Refresh here

If you have only just activated it in your MyO2 it can take up to 24 hours to be turned on but you will also need to reboot your phone.

It is not correct for 100%. My phone from UK retailer with O2 Unlimited contract. I did't buy directly from O2.

Yesterday I sent a request for activation of WiFi calls and today I have already connected it and WiFi calls are working. It just had to be activated from the O2 account, by default this function is OFF !!
The problem is solved!

Hi,

Did you get it working? Just asking as the screenshot you displayed was for the 4g calling setting. The wifi calling setting on my S9+ is in the Phone app>settings.
