Wi-if/4g calling - unable to setup

Hello everyone,

 

I have just switched to o2 on sim only pay monthly contract. I want to set up WiFi & 4g calling but when I try to turn it on in settings (iPhone XR) it tells me to contact o2 and sends me to website. I cannot set it up on website under my devices as nothing is showing. I tried calling 202 but it wont let me go through to an adviser due to covid, it just cuts me off. Can anyone help or know how I can get an adviser to turn this on?

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
