Why is O2 denying cashback claims that are valid?

Went with O2 for the cashback as the PAYG costs are almost exactly the same as all the other networks.

Trouble is O2 has now declined my cashback...  Obviously I am a new O2 customer so why was it declined?

@Honda2ner you will need to raise a cashback claim on the 3rd party, eg Quidco / Topcahback etc. Who did you use?

@Honda2ner we are all customers here like yourself so would have no idea.

You'd be best advised to contact customer services to check the details of the offer http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

@Honda2ner Is the cashback offer from O2 directly or from a third party seller?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

I've never known O2 to offer cashback, it's always through a third party so you will need to chase it up with the provider.

Do let us know how you get on with this as it will help others trying to get cashback.
