Why does 0800 numbers not show in past months call history?

Hi all, I hope you can help me.  I am tring to sort out a complain since June last year, Not O2.  I have made many calls to 0800 numbers over the previous months, but none of these calls are showing in my call history.  I now need to retrive the dates and times of these calls, can anyone help?

@Theresa As 0800 calls are free, I believe they don't appear because there would be nothing to dispute regarding a charge to those numbers.

Your phone log would normally group all calls to an 0800 number, at least it does on my android. It gives time, date and length of call.
