I have logged in using my username and password, but when I want to check my monthly bill, I cant access it, why?

If it's a new account it's possibly not set up yet, if not ring O2 and ask them to check.

Is it showing an error? Just blank page?
Need a bit more info to help you sorry.
Try clearing your browsers temp files and cookies. Then retry. This solves an awful lot of website problems.
