When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

You can also reach O2 via social media:

So if you have mental illness and dont not like spoeaking on the phone you have this bot thing that says it cant even trqansfer you through to o2 well thats pathetic on its own and ive asked it 3/4 questions and it doesnt even no what to say... the fact you cant speak to a human online or have to be rang back is a disaster waiting to happen i mena you can think of all well and good people but not every human is like this and you have to cater for all types and now i cannot solve my issue even through im paying for it.... all my questiosn were about the extra because they are all really weak item to buy here you go sir 6 month amazon movies well i have that already basically everything your offering i have or its not worth getting why would people wait to sing up to o2 for them to sign up to amazon video ro music ore whatever else ..... surly you business people of o2 know this is aload of crap..... the fact of not being able to speak to a human when its about a contract money paid each month like come on stop being lazy

so what happens for mental ill people who dont want to contact by phone maybe they dont like accepting phone calls they can now not sort any of there bill out with o2 i say this as someone suffering from this and have done for years and i speak with the bot and it literally has no clue what im on about

When someone says they have mental health issues talking to people, that is a stupid answer.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

If that doesn't help, I will also tag an O2 online account advisor who will be on tomorrow (Monday) at 8 am. They will send you a Private Message and can hopefully help you get your problem resolved.
