I have not been receiving data for 3 weeks now, keeps saying I have 4g but nothing is working unless I am on WiFi, can’t even get hold of anyone at 02 it’s a joke!!!!

I upgraded and was offered a free set of free buds with my huwai phone. As soon as I purchased the phone I can't find the offer which said was in place till 29th April? Where do I find it

I have been trying to call all day/get online chat etc

I have a pop up on my phone today O2 has turned off 4G. Then i have no signal to make incoming/outgoing calls. I am currently using my phone working from home supplying support workers/carers into residential homes etc so having my phone is so important at the moment and as i cant get through and speak with anyone i can do nothing!! i have also emailed the compliant email/called/online chat and nothing. Really not good service at a time like this when alot of people need to use their phones!

I got my new contract yesturday and was told it would take up to 24 hours to swap my number over it's been nearly 30 and still not changed now I cant get through to o2? Do I still wait or keep trying to call?
