I have purchased a Bluetooth Speaker of the Online store and upon completing the order I was advised that I would receive an email confirming this. It has now been a few hours since I purchased and have not received any email to confirm this, I cannot see anywhere on the O2 website either to confirm my purchase? Anybody got any ideas where I could see my purchase?
The O2 site really messy and never anyone fo online chat 😞

Sign into My O2 on a PC and then scroll down to recent orders.
If there is nothing showing then call customer service early morning
