Hi I ordered a new phone on Monday. It was supposed to arrive on Tuesday the tracking facility on the orders section said complete. Now I can’t even see an orders section how do I track the parcel?
its wednesday I have not had any further updates from either couriers or o2.

@tim1 it's most likely out of stock but you need to call customer services to check. We can't do that for you here, sorry.
Also, you can't track it until you get your dispatch email.
