No online chat

Call 202 and end up down a dead end with an egaged tone

No option to email

what is going on?

 

Lots of money in, poor service out is the end result.

 

No doubt there will be a standard "sorry, but do this and we will help you" reply but will it really be any different.  Very VERY frustrating.

@afd I'm not aware of any issues with contacting customer services at the moment. Is it just today you've been having issues?

Something is wrong @Martin-O2 

This is just one of a dozen or so complaints today.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Due to a technical problem, some customers are experiencing difficulty getting through when they call our customer service teams. Our online webchat is currently not available. We’re working to fix the problem as quickly as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Customers can still access their My O2 account online and check bills, add Bolt Ons and more.
