Had a ‘thing’ come up on my phone today
‘G4 calls turned off’
‘O2 has turned off your G4 calls on your account’

What is that all about please

It should say 4G not G4 and it's usually because of work or a fault on a local mast.

@Kidda You'll have to speak to customer service. 202 from your mobile, or 0800 032 1402

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Best time to call is 8 am.
