Hi,

Our website www.doccotton.com can not connect with 02 servers. It works via a VPN, on every other mobile network and via wifi but something from 02 stops the connection - it doesnt appear to be the adult filter but may be a DNS issue. Please could you investigate.

Thanks,

If you ring customer services you then need to ask to speak to someone from the IT section

It's Let's Encrypt valid TLS (SSL) certificate. If that was the case half of internet wouldn't work.

DNS entries are fine, couldn't find any technical issues.

Must be some kind of filters/problems O2 has.

Or perhaps they launching similar business and decided to silence the competition cool

I'm no expert but on a trace route, when on O2 its getting know where near your server to be a cert issue. I had a similar problem earlier in the year with EE which turned out to be a DNS issue with their servers. One to raise with O2 I'm afraid but it could take time.
