Hi

I've an old O2 100 call plan from 2003 - I'm unable to get any My o2 features from the account (view my bill etc) as it says I have no valild products associated with the account?

I am unsure how to resolve this?

You will need to check with customer service to see if they can create your online account.

That account will have been disabled many years ago. You'll have to start new.....

ETA: Is this account still in use?
