Hi,

I have been advised by a live chat operator to post in this forum so that the technical team can make a correction.

The website www.independentdancetraining.co.uk is the website for a Dance Teachers Association and Examination Board, so users should have to be over 18 or complete any additional checks to view. However when accessinng via o2 it states it contains adult content and the user needs to prove their age by entering credit card details. Please correct this immediately as it is having a negative impact on the company. Thank you.

@Vikkie This is not O2 you are talking to. This is a customer forum. We are all customers here. No one from O2 will read your post. You need to call customer service & get them to remove the age verification block

@Martin-O2 can you assist too?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
