Why can I not speak to anyone on webchat? All I've had since half 8 this morning is:

@DanOTD Live Chat is generally pretty useless anyway, so maybe you've been lucky not being able to get through. If your query isn't account related, ask your question here. There are knowledgeable people in this community. Alternatively, call customer service rather than use chat. Best time to call is 8-8.30 am to avoid long wait times on hold.
