Waterlogged Iphone 6plus

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have been living in South Africa since April this year and  I have been paying regularly for my device and insurance.

The device, accidentally, fell into water and is now useless. How can I claim against my insurance to get a repair or replacement while in South Africa.

Info re O2 insurance here

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/digital-services/o2-insurance.

I notice one of the policies doesn't cover water damage. Check and see which one you have https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/services/mobile-insurance

You need to call customer service to process your claim.
There is a number to call from abroad on this link under the pay monthly section.
http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
