I've just been told by Chat that they can't block Premium Rate or International calls - it can only be done by Customer Services.  CS say that it isn't possible to block them on a PAYG account, and didn't seem to understand that with an automatic top up in place, it could still cost you until you report the phone stolen.

That is a problem with PAYG and auto top ups....
I've mentioned it before that it's as dangerous as a contract......
You would need to get on line and cancel your auto top up pronto.....
