I want to return my phone, I can no longer find where to talk with an actual person on the O2 website
This has been an all around nightmare and pain to deal with as they could have just explained the phone I have just has a horrendous mic the first time I contacted support, but instead I had to move all my data and files to my PC, then move all the accounts I had moved onto my new phone back onto my old one and then move everything onto the replacement they gave me after assuring me the phones mic is decent and I must have just got a faulty unit... it wasnt the unit, its the phone in general and I was originally told I would get the replacement the next day to which it took around 5 days (which I had no serviceable phone and missed a doctors call as a result)
I just want to talk with a member of O2 that can assist with returning the phone
