Been waiting for 4 weeks for an iPad, which now shows in stock but haven’t been told it’s dispatched. Can’t log into my account on myO2 app and trying to contact someone is ridiculous, can only talk to bots

@LK1 O2 doesn't operate a live stock reporting system, so even though it says that something is in stock, that might not necessarily be the case.
You can try to chase up your order with the O2 sales team via social media:
