I purchased airpods online in October and I wanted to return them so I sent them back to o2, I had to call o2 a few times because they wanted my card details although they had it anyway and there was no confirmation from o2 about the return. I have been waiting for my refund since the beginning of November now. I don't want to call o2 as they have premium numbers, I had to pay £32 extra for my phone bill and whenever I call them im always redirected to another department, wasting atleast 30min of my time. Im so dissappointed as I expected more from such a big company. I don't know what else to do now.
