WARNING! CALLER 0330 303 5323

Warning with 0330 303 5323 Caller.

This 0330 303 5323 are fake O2. I received a call yesterday 4:22PM 27 March 2017, and its a long conversation and I was convinced its real O2 company but then the girl on the line kept making mistake with the prices of iPad Pro deal. I asked her to send me a copy of contract. She has taken my Bank details and all information. But then, I got suspicious when she did not send the contract confirmation. I contacted O2 and asked if this caller is legit and if it is O2 customer service. None of the O2 staff recognised this number so I had to cancel all my direct debit with O2 as they have my bank details. I contacted my bank also to cancel the card I revealed the information with them. So do not trust this number they are FRAUD!!!

Indeed, it has been flagged many times on here.
Advice as always is never to agree to anything from a cold call and to always call CS yourself to check https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-Services/Is-03303035325-a-real-O2-number/td-p/1036085

I just received a call from this number! I answered it and confirmed my type of phone but gave out no details or anything! Am I at risk? I'm slightly worried? I gave out no personal details 😕

No, no risk. Just add the number to your blocked list and ignore any further attempts to contact you.

I'm also concerned as I called back as this number calls my mobile various times throughout the day, most days. I spoke with a gentleman called Callum whom asked if I was the account holder and he confirmed MY personal details. How do these people aqquire my details, and how is it allowed that they can pose as o2? I imagine a handful of people may fall for this as he attempted to offer me deals which I kindly declined and asked them to stop contacting me.

Same happened with me today. They knew so much information and seemed so genuine. I feel foolish. 😞 why hasn’t this number been deleted yet ? There’s even an o2 missed call message when you try to ring the number back !

@AnonymousJust block it on your phone settings...It's been added to the auto reject list of many people on here...
