How do I sign up for Volt

 It should be automatically added after 14 days

Make sure the address matches exactly on Virgin and O2

You need a pay monthly account with both o2 (either sim only or with a device) and a Virgin Media account @CJJT 

Names on both don't need to match, but the addresses do.

Once both are open, log into each and there should be a "join Volt" (or similar) button.
