Volt O2 Travel Inclusive Zone

With the Travel Inclusive Zone, does this mean I can make and receive calls to the UK from any country within the Zone?

What about other numbers within the country - eg hotels etc. in Mexico if I'm in Mexico?

What about friends on their UK mobile numbers while we're both in Mexico?

And finally, if I'm in one of the countries (e.g. Mexico), does it also include calls to/from other numbers in other countries within the Zone - eg. Panama.

My assumption is yes to the first three and no to the fourth.

I have volt O2 travel inclusive zone but will be travelling to Montenegro which is not one of the countries included. So I need to add 02 travel, but when I try it says if I add it, the standard rate in our Europe zone bolt-on will be...".   I presume removed but it's cut off on the website/app 😔

I've since rang O2 and they say nothing will be removed even though having added O2 travel it shows the "standard rate in our Europe zone" bolt on will be removed tonight.

02 Agent tells me website is wrong and nothing will be removed

all very confusing 😔
