Silly question but have you tried dialling 1760 to turn off voicemail?

I have turned off my messaging service and blocked my own phone number and I am still getting a voicemail message from my own phone number. The last one came an hour ago. I've given up, just ignoring the message.

That must be so annoying. I would guess it's an app so I would look at the permissions that the apps have.

My voicemail message has been turned off and I have blocked my number.

I have been on the O2 chat line twice and followed their instructions etc. to no avail.

 I am still getting the message:

(Symbol) Phone services- 10m     (time in minutes or hours, last one 10minutes ago, changes daily)

New Voicemail

Dial (own mobile phone number)

Thank you for all your suggestions.
I tried blocking my number, turning voice mail off etc. to no avail.
Then about a week ago the symbol disappeared and I am getting no more messages.

I had turned voice mail back on by then.

The symbol eventually went but has now reappeared. I am just going to ignore it. 'It' tells me I have got a message from my own phone number. It still appreared when the answering service was switched off and I blocked my own number.

The voicemail wuld have expired, hence the reason for the notification disappearing.
